材料基因組支撐的材料設計

合金與相變的熱力學與動力學,CALPHAD方法、第一性原理方法計算建模

钛合金、先進鋼、硬質合金等結構材料


本人研究主題為基于材料基因組的計算材料設計,主要手段為計算熱力學、機理性的相變動力學建模,用以實現材料組織調控、系統設計,滿足工程方面的綜合要求。以實際需求為導向,兼顧産生新的學術成果和工程成果。主要學術成績包括(1)系統性建立多組元钛合金馬氏體及ω相變的熱力學動力學數據庫、摩爾體積數據庫,作為材料基因組支撐相變誘發塑性和及增韌钛合金設計,合金設計取得了美國專利。(2)對于先進鋼中奧氏體逆相變、奧氏體分解等相變動力學問題,有原創性地綜合多種因素建模,改進模拟結果和相關材料設計手段。開發Thermo-Calc軟件的鋼模型包計算TTTCCT圖。(3)在先進鋼、大塊非晶、硬質合金等材料的力學性能方面進行機理性建模,并與組織調控配合,設計和優化材料以适應增材制造等新工藝的需求。曾在若幹項歐盟Horizon 2020、瑞典創新局Vinnova等資助的項目中從事研究工作。
