鐵電薄膜材料與器件;寬禁帶半導體晶體材料;非線性光學與超快結構動力學表征

本課題組近年來主要開展鐵電外延薄膜的生長制備、非線性光學與超快動力學表征、以及太赫茲與集成光子學器件研究。迄今以第一、通訊作者身份在 Nature(入選當期封面文章)、Nature Communications、Advanced Materials等國際高水平期刊上發表論文40餘篇,在Science、Nature Materials等期刊上合作發表論文70餘篇,總引用4000餘次。課題組承擔教育部穩定支持計劃項目、國家自然科學基金區域聯合重點項目、原創探索計劃項目、面上項目(兩項)、北京市基金委傑青等重要科研項目,以及中核集團等企業橫向研發項目。課題組現擁有氧化物分子束外延、脈沖激光沉積、射頻磁控濺射、钛寶石飛秒放大激光器、微波光子測試平台以及多套自主設計搭建的光電測試裝置,并與國内外X射線自由電子激光、同步輻射、超快電子衍射大科學裝置建立了穩定的合作聯系。每年可招收1-2名博士生,長期歡迎博士後加入本組。
