超細纖維材料

電化學儲能材料、锂電材料的回收和锂鹽提純

電解水材料和科學

高性能纖維是引領我國新材料科學與産業的關鍵材料之一,在新能源、環境、航空航天等諸多領域都具有重要的科研價值和迫切的應用需求。尤其是,直徑在亞微米和納米尺度的超細纖維作為新概念材料,是高性能纖維學術研究及工程化應用的重點突破方向之一。在此領域中,圍繞超細纖維的創新性制造方法、微納結構的剖析與調控、性能的提升與應用拓展,尚存在大量亟需解決的科學難題和挑戰。伍晖課題組聚焦于超細纖維材料領域,圍繞超細纖維的成型新方法和原理、超細纖維的大規模制造、超細纖維功能化應用等基礎科學問題展開了深入研究,主要内容包括:

1. 超細纖維的新型紡絲方法和理論:發展了氣流噴射溶液紡絲(氣紡絲)制備超細纖維的新方法,明晰了氣紡絲過程中的多相流相互作用基礎科學問題;揭示了氣紡絲過程中溶液牽伸和纖維結構成型的機理;在此基礎上,提出了基于卡門渦街原理的纖維細化方法和機制,實現了超細纖維的無針頭高效氣紡絲制備,并且形成了一套具有一定的普适性的氣紡絲超細纖維成型方法和理論。

2. 超細纖維結構和性能的優化以及構效關聯分析:圍繞聚合物、陶瓷、碳和複合結構超細纖維的物理、化學性能開展了系列研究,重點剖析了超細陶瓷纖維的精細微觀結構與其力學及應用性能間的構效關系,提出了基于雙相納米晶結構的柔性陶瓷大形變機制,揭示了超細陶瓷纖維的柔彈性機制,實現了具有高力學柔彈性、超低密度、低熱導率等特征的宏觀體陶瓷材料的可控制備。

3. 納米纖維的宏量制備與應用實踐:針對産業界面臨的超細纖維大規模制造難題,研制出了具有自主知識産權的高集成度、連續自動化的氣紡絲工業生産裝備,實現了多種高通量、高寬幅、高穩定性納米纖維的批量化制備,為超細纖維材料的工業化應用提供了制造平台;在此基礎上,實現了高性能超細纖維材料在高溫熱防護、環境過濾、電池安全等領域的實際應用。

圍繞超細纖維開展的主要研究工作

此外,伍晖課題組圍繞電化學功能新概念材料開展研究,針對高效能電解水和大規模儲能兩個重要科學問題,發展電化學催化和儲能材料。在基礎科學問題方面:報道了低溫冷凍環境抑制催化劑形核和生長的方法和機制;提出了基于陶瓷電解質-熔融锂金屬負極的“固-液”界面高溫電池構型。在材料制備與應用方面:實現了原子級分散和團簇結構的金屬催化劑和富缺陷納米催化材料的高通量合成;發展了基于陶瓷電解質-熔融金屬锂的新型高溫儲能電池體系;發展了新型锂離子電池材料回收和锂鹽提純方法的研究。
