主持或參與國家863、國家973、國家創新研究群體基金、國家自然科學基金重點及面上項目、北京市科技計劃納米科技産業園建設項目、軍口配套、佛山市重大科技項目海内外招标、北京自然科學基金等各類項目30餘項。發表學術論文110篇,公開或授權專利50餘項。開展了高性能壓電陶瓷材料、低溫燒結高性能壓電陶瓷材料、疊層壓電陶瓷材料制備科學研究。采用(K,Na)NbO3-Li(Sb,Ta)O3體系成功獲得無鉛化且性能最優的壓電陶瓷厚膜及多層壓電陶瓷,極大地推進了無鉛材料的實用化進程。首次給出了KNN基陶瓷與Ag/Pd内電極界面元素擴散的直接證據,擴散層5nm,實現了元素擴散可控,提高元件壽命1個數量級。首次成功實現壓電揚聲器無鉛化,其平均聲壓級87dB。曾開發出世界上轉速最高11200r/min壓電微電機,與以色列合作開發出HDD磁盤驅動用微型壓電電機,首次提出可10萬次步進累積誤差小于1度的壓電微電機。與飛利浦電子、恩智浦半導體、新加坡大道工業集團、中國工程物理研究院等國内外知名企業和研究機構合作,先後成功研制出可用于電聲、消費類電子、瓷磚裝飾、電子通信、紡織、智能交通、半導體、軍工等行業需求的新型壓電元器件和應用技術。如:超精密壓電定位台;用于手機的超薄壓電揚聲器;人機交互的壓電陶瓷觸摸屏;手機聚焦/變焦壓電光學模組;超輕壓電音箱和壓電耳機;貨車超載動态檢測壓電傳感器;HDD壓電硬盤驅動技術;武器用壓電微系統;釉料噴射壓電噴墨頭等。所發表的學術論文被國内外從事機電工程、機器人、電機、航空宇航、振動力學、電子通訊、物理、分析化學、材料學、流體力學等不同領域專家所引用。


1.2013年獲總裝備部軍隊科技進步二等獎“某某原型樣機”,J20130219-10;

2.2010年主持的面上基金“多層壓電陶瓷激振機理研究”,獲國家自然基金委員會和中國工程物理研究院頒布的國家安全學術基金NSAF優秀獎;

3.2009年獲全國第四屆“發明創業獎”特等獎,授予“當代發明家”榮譽稱号;

4.2007年中國電子信息科學技術三等獎:“機械觸點式自消除步進累積誤差的新型超聲波電機”,證書号:KJ2007-3-13-R01;

5.2006年獲北京市科技新星人才支持計劃;

6.2006年獲教育部新世紀優秀人才支持計劃;
